Finance & Commercial Director with over 16 years experience in global FTSE 100, Nikkei 225 listed and Venture Capital backed businesses. Proven track record of delivering large scale finance and operational transformation projects across the UK, Europe and Asia. A key member of the senior team responsible for delivering the largest LSE IPO of 2015 with Worldpay and the youngest UK board member in the history of NSG Pilkington. Before establishing Firefly Finance Solutions, John worked closely with KPMG and Deloitte deal advisory teams on a number of restructuring projects across the UK and has worked as fractional FD for a number of companies including Crane Resorts and Co-Op Insurance.
